A. PACKAGE LISTS INFO: (Update: Effective 1st May 2023)

1. ONLINE CLASS

• Classes are held 2 times a week:
  • Weekdays Only (2x weekly)
  • Digital materials available for download. Platform varies from Skype / Google Meets / JITSI
• Classes schedule varies between the following default options:
  • Evening: 5.50pm – 7.20pm (1 ½ hours)
  • Late Evening: 7.30pm – 9.00pm (1 ½ hours)
• Courses packages & fees:
  • Total of 12 hours for RM195.00 per person
  • Special Note: Advance 3 and above Additional RM20.00 per month per person

2. WEEKDAYS CLASS

• Classes are held fix either 3 times or 2 times a week:
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday OR
  • Tuesday & Thursday.
  • Special Note: Above are default, days may vary e.g (2x a week may be on Wed & Fri instead)
• Classes schedule varies between the following options:
  • Evening: 5.50pm – 7.20pm (1 ½ hours)
  • Late Evening: 7.30pm – 9.00pm (1 ½ hours)
• Courses packages & fees:
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday (3x weekly): RM290.00 per month (18 hours total) per person
  • Tuesday & Thursday (2x weekly): RM195.00 per month (12hours total) per person

3. SATURDAY CLASS

• Classes are held every Saturdays only.
• Held from 1.00pm-3.00pm / 2.00pm-4.00pm / 4.00pm-6.00pm (2 hours)
• Held from 1.00pm-4.00pm (3 hours)
• Courses fee: RM195.00 per month per person
• Special Note: Advance 3 and above Additional RM20.00 per month per person

4. PRIVATE CLASS

• PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL LESSON (1-to-1 basis)
  • Classes are held according to Student’s schedule & can be flexible.
  • Subject to availability of teacher.
• PACKAGE & FEES:
  • Per hour : RM70.00
  • 18 Hours Package: RM1,080.00

5. SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMME

• Intensive programmed designed for students 13 years and above.
• Within Mon to Fridays only, available in mornings or afternoon classes.
• Total of 30 hours.
• Syllabus covers Introduction to Hiragana, Katagana, basic writing and conversation.
• Course Fee: RM490.00 per person per course.
• Subject to availability of classrooms, teachers and number of request turnout.

6. CUSTOM CLASS PACKAGE

• Available upon special request.
• Classes can be conducted outside JCTIC's premises.
• Customizable HOWEVER highly subject to availability of teachers.

B. ADDITIONAL INFO

1. Postponement conditions:
   1. Public Holiday(s)
   2. Classes cancelled by teacher
   3. Classes cancelled upon agreement of all students in group with agreement from teacher.
2. Generally, No Discounts, No Rebates, No Deductions will be given for student absences. (e.g. per day deduction is not offered)
3. In the event that you are absent for classes, 'catch-up' lessons are subject to availability, may or may no incur extra costs & fees. Following are possible scenarios:
   1. The teacher is free and request for you to attend 10 minutes (time may vary) earlier, for catchup.
      1. If the time required is short, the teacher may not charge or request payment.
      2. If the lesson is deemed important AND/OR longer time is neccesary, a PRIVATE CLASS 1-to-1 may be proposed.
         *Generally, PRIVATE 1 to 1 are avoided unless really neccesary due to lack of 'LIMITED CAPABLE NATIVE-JAPANESE TEACHERS'
   2. No teachers are available for extra time.

C. PAYMENT INFO

1. METHOD 1: BANK-IN (PREFERED)

   2. During Payment, where possible, please ADD in description / reference (this is to enable ADMIN to identify payment):
      • if group class: e.g.SAKURA YOURNAME DEC FEES
      • if private class: e.g.PRIVATE YOURNAME FEES
   3. SCREENSHOT OR PHOTO OF PAYMENT TO 013-8663684 / EMAIL TO info[at]jctic[dot]com
   4. admin staff will follow up with screenshot of receipt. Receipt can be collected or requested to be send over.
2. METHOD 1: CASH PAYMENT
   1. If admin staff is available, they will try to issue receipt as soon as possible.
   2. If admin staff is not available, teacher may collect on behalf of admin staf. The receipt is then left for pickup on another day and time. (usually on the next lesson)
3. OTHER NOTES:
   1. (Generally) Payment processing days are on Mondays and Fridays, except Public Holidays.
   2. We are unable to accept payment via CREDIT CARD, BOOST, TOUCH & PAY.
   3. Official receipts will only be printed upon request.
   4. Please avoid late payment. The threshold we are able to accept is 1 month late only. If you have problems with payments, do contact us.
